Minor adjustments can be required on hinges/locks after our products have settled into their frames. We store details of each project on file, enabling us to source replacement parts quickly and without hassle. Combined with an aftercare team to assist and remedy any snagging issues that may occur on occasion. We provide a 10-year warranty on the timber, glazing units, and ironmongery in our windows, as well as a three-year warranty on the paint finish.
We have a great track record of not needing to return back to jobs.
FSC® 100% wood. Sourced from FSC® certified forests.
The management of Kensington Sash Group believes that the use of timber in the building industry (instead of non-renewable materials like UPVC) can significantly contribute to sustainable construction. If all companies in the industry played their part to reduce carbon emissions, the benefits would be immense in the future. 90% of all products that we install are manufactured using timber. In addition to this, Kensington Sash Group uses only FSC® 100% wood sourced from FSC® certified forests, when manufacturing our double glazed sash windows and replacement joinery products. By buying timber windows and doors from our company, you are helping to promote the growth of the forest in Europe and protect our planet from deforestation and climate change.
HEALTH & SAFETY
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has placed small domestic works in the same category as commercial and large building projects, which means that contractors and clients must comply with these rules and regulations as of April 2015.
When operating on-site, our employees, other subcontractors, and clients' safety is paramount. Kensington Sash Group's Health and Safety Policy is formally reviewed annually by safety advisors, and it is our aim to achieve a working environment free of work-related accidents, incidents, and ill health.
Kensington Sash have provided the following courses with respect to further developing our installation team's good practice:
